Because it was in violation of the TOS. The rule is 90 days active membership or 100 posts. With only 4 posts and being a member since yesterday you clearly do not qualify to post into the classifieds section.
This rule is there to avoid spam and protect the members of the forum.

That is correct. I sent you an e-mail yesterday. It may have been blocked by your spam filter or perhaps you didn't recognize the address and deleted it without opening.
