Just wondering, as I never really thought about it - until today when I was at an indoor range and fired my pistol (without my ears on). My ears hurt.. If you are going to use a firearm inside againist someone who broke in - do you put anything in your ears?? Something to increase the sound and reduce the sound then firing...

Wasn't it an ATF agent who shot himself with a Glock while doing a firearms safety class? I don't mean to denigrate the ATF, so if it was another agency, I apologize. I just remember the guy shot himself in the leg right after proclaiming that he was the only one in the room trained to handle firearms safely.

yes it was. im dang near convinced the picture above has to be staged by someone who got ahold of an ATF hat for the purpose of smearing them (although i think quite often they do a good enough job of that, themselves). i really dont believe anybody could truly be that stupid.

Man it goes to show there are some people that do Stupid things with guns, let alone an ATF officer!
